• How will I receive my poem?
  

All poems will be sent via email.

• How will I share the information with you to personalise the poem?

Once you have purchased the poem length that is right for you, we will send a form to the email address you supply.

• What occasions do you write poems for? 
  

All!  But to name a few: birthdays, weddings, Valentines, retirement, anniversary, in memory of, mothers' day, father's day, Christmas and New Year.

• How long will it take? 

Depending on the length of the poem, we will aim to complete it within 3 weeks.

• How does it work?
  

Our step-by-step process is simple but thorough to provide you with a poem that’s just like no other! Please telephone or email us if you have questions at any time.

1. Browse the products in our shop.

2. Place your order for a poem via our online shop and enter your details as requested. Full payment is taken at this time.

3. We will email you a questionnaire in the form of a Word document within 48 hours.

4. Fill in our questionnaire and return it by email within 3 working days.

5. Within 3 weeks of us receiving your notes, we’ll create the wording of your poem and email you a proof for approval.

6. You respond via email with feedback and we undertake any tweaks required.

7. The final version is sent to you as an email.

• Can I get my poem framed? 

This is not currently a service we offer.

• What happens to my data?

The information contained within your questionnaire will not be shared with other parties, apart from our writing team. We will not share your poem on social media or as an exemplar without your written permission, which can be revoked by you at any time. We retain your notes for three months after your poem has been completed in case any changes are needed. After the three months, the notes are destroyed.
